The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients (parents) and introducing them to our educational and brain development programs, including ProTact, DMIT, and Midbrain Activation. The goal is to ensure
a minimum of 3 walk-ins per day
and encourage enrollments through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential clients from the given database (daily leads provided)
Explain the features and benefits of the courses
Maintain a target of
at least 3 walk-ins per day
Follow up with interested prospects until they visit or join
Record and maintain call logs and follow-up details
Handle inquiries professionally and convert them into appointments or enrollments
Coordinate with the marketing and front desk teams
Target Audience
Parents of children aged 4 to 15
Interested in child development, brain training, or parenting support
Requirements
Female candidates only
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
Good communication skills in Tamil (Basic English a plus)
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred
Confident, polite, and goal-oriented
Working Hours
Tuesday to Sunday:
9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
MONDAY Weekly off
