We're looking for a passionate and energetic

Telecalling & Outbound Sales Executive

to join our growing luxury watch brand team. Your main role will be to connect with potential customers through

calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram live chat

, build trust, and help them make confident purchase decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, persuasion, and creating great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

incoming and outgoing calls

to potential US customers. Engage with leads through

Instagram DMs, live chat, and WhatsApp

. Understand customer needs and

recommend suitable luxury watches

. Conduct

follow-ups with previous leads

and maintain a regular pipeline. Schedule and attend

virtual/phone calls

with customers to close deals. Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM or tracking sheets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication. Work with a

daily/weekly target-based approach

for conversions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Prior experience in

telecalling, sales, or customer support

(preferred). Comfortable working in

night shifts / US time zone

. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp, and online communication tools. Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
