QuickStart Co-Working is looking for a confident and result-driven
Telecaller
with strong communication and customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain QuickStart Co-Working services
Handle inbound calls and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule site visits
Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and daily performance reports
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support closures
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Adhere to company processes, communication standards, and professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role
Excellent verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Telugu and Hindi preferred)
Strong persuasion and customer-handling abilities
Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Positive attitude, patience, and confidence
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
