We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone, explain products/services, and generate leads or support sales and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls / attend inbound calls to customers
Explain products or services clearly and politely
Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and close sales (if applicable)
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Handle customer queries and provide basic information
Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets
Follow company scripts and communication guidelines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
