Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Telecaller

with strong

Hindi communication skills

to support the Marketing Department in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and dealer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for product promotion and lead generation. Maintain effective communication in

Hindi and English

with customers and dealers. Follow up on inquiries, collect feedback, and update reports in the system. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign activities and updates. Maintain call logs, customer databases, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year

of experience in tele calling / customer support. Fluency in

Hindi and English,

Tamil. Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
