Telecalling Business Development Executive
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with schools over the phone to promote and sell our complete suite of ERP solutions. Our software includes modules for Attendance and Homework Management, Exam Mark Management, Fees Billing, Transport Tracking, and more, all designed to streamline school operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation via Telecalling:
Contact potential schools and decision-makers using calling databases and follow-up with inbound leads.
Pitching ERP Solutions Over Call:
Explain and promote our software products, emphasizing key features like Bus Tracking, Fees Billing, Attendance, Homework, and Exam Mark Management.
Client Engagement:
Understand school requirements, answer their queries, and share detailed product information over call, WhatsApp, or email.
Demo Coordination:
Schedule product demos with the technical team or guide prospects to online demonstrations.
Follow-ups and Relationship Building:
Maintain follow-up communication to nurture leads and convert interest into meetings and closures.
Database Management:
Keep records of calls, responses, follow-ups, and feedback in CRM or Excel sheets.
Basic understanding of school operations and software solutions (training will be provided)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
