Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain company products and services clearly
Generate leads and follow up with prospects
Maintain accurate call records and customer details
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when required
Requirements & Skills:
Good verbal communication skills in
English and Tamil
(or other local languages)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer objections confidently
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (added advantage)
