Job Summary - Tele Calller



We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Tele caller. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for many potential and existing clients, responsible for reaching out to customers, addressing inquiries, promoting our products/services, and nurturing positive relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided databases.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products or services.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer responses to build rapport and ensure consistency.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team and schedule appointments as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, or sales.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Malayalam].

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office and CRM or ERP software.

Ability to handle rejections calmly, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Prior experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
