Job Description

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products and services.

2. Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation requirements, and repayment terms.

3. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

4.Track and follow up on leads to ensure proper conversion and closure.

5.Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets.

6. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
