Job Description

Cradle Child Care is looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our child care services, and support admissions and inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Graduate Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an added advantage Fluency in Tamil and basic English (additional languages are a plus) Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM is a plus) Good listening and convincing skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries politely and professionally Explain Cradle Child Care programs, facilities, and benefits clearly Maintain call records and update customer details accurately Follow up with prospective parents and schedule visits if required Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
