Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services.
Understand customer requirements and explain service features clearly and convincingly.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Record customer interactions and maintain an updated database of calls, leads, and conversions.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and offers.
Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure lead closure.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
telecalling, telesales, or inside sales
(preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.
Strong ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving daily and monthly targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, etc.).
Fluency in
Hindi and English
(additional regional language is a plus).
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduation (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed salary: ₹16,000 - ?23,000 per month (based on performance and target achievement)* Attractive incentives and bonuses for target completion.
