We are seeking a Telecalling Manager to lead and mentor our telecalling team. In this role, you will oversee call operations, develop effective calling strategies, and ensure high standards of lead generation and customer engagement. You will be responsible for driving sales conversions, optimizing team performance, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be key to achieving business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Develop and implement effective telecalling strategies, scripts, and campaigns.
Monitor team performance, call quality, and adherence to company standards.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Track leads, conversions, and CRM data to optimize results.
Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and skill development programs.
Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations, data privacy, and company policies.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements for productivity.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments for campaign alignment.
Manage crisis situations, escalations, and maintain service continuity.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience: 5-8 years in telecalling/tele-sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong communication, CRM proficiency, and analytical skills.
