Responsibilities
Supervise and train telecallers to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Allocate leads, monitor call quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns quickly.
Maintain records and prepare reports on team performance.
Develop scripts and strategies to improve calling results.
Support the sales/service team to drive business growth.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of telecalling/tele-sales experience (team handling preferred).
Strong communication in
Tamil & English
(Kanada, Hindi is an advantage).
Leadership skills with ability to motivate a team.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM/call handling skills.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - 40,000 (based on experience).
