Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Telecaller



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products or services. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls made and customer feedback. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information. Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team if required. Maintain CRM/database with updated customer information. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer journey.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in [insert languages, e.g., English, Tamil].

Customer Handling:

Patience and empathy when dealing with different customer types.

Sales Knowledge:

Basic understanding of sales techniques and ability to persuade..
