About Golden Roadies

Years of biking across the country led us to one thing - the utter need for quality motorcycle bags in India. More importantly, motorcycle bags that are specially made for bikers in the subcontinent.

So in 2017, we decided to take matters into our own hands and created our first batch of products - saddle bags, side saddle bags & tank bags. Since then, we have come a long way. However, we understand that our journey has only begun.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer queries via inbound, outbound, email, social media, chat, etc.
2. Look up for ways to improve sales and communication with the customers.
3. Get the chance to share your ideas and input with the marketing team.
4. Assist the marketing team with the Social Media content and planning.
5. Managing a track record of calls and numbers in an excel sheet for remarketing.

Key Skills:
1. Fluent in English and Hindi, in both, Written and Verbal format.
2. Be able to work alone and with the team, as and when required.
3. Should have a creative and growth mindset.
4. Must have a phone for calling.
5. Laptop is an added advantage.
