About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
2. Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, address inquiries, and provide information.
3. Handle customer complaints and deliver appropriate solutions.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and promotions.
5. Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database.
6. Follow up on customer calls as needed.
7. Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the team leader.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
