About the internship
Are you a dynamic individual who excels in communication and organization? Nuvida Health Management Clinics is seeking a Telecalling intern with English and Hindi proficiency to join our team. As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in spoken and written English, as well as MS-Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments and provide information about our services.
2. Handle incoming calls from clients to address their inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in MS-Excel for future reference.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to follow up on leads and track client interactions.
5. Assist in conducting surveys and collecting feedback from clients to improve our services.
6. Develop a strong understanding of our company\'s products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
7. Uphold the highest level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.
