About the internship
As a Telecalling intern at BVR Technosoft Solutions, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of telecommunication and customer service. Your role will involve interacting with clients over the phone, addressing their queries and concerns, and promoting our products and services. With your excellent English and Hindi proficiency, you will be able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers. Your familiarity with MS-Excel will also come in handy as you update and maintain customer records.
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing customers to address their concerns and provide assistance.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using MS-Excel.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
6. Meet daily call targets and key performance indicators set by the team lead.
7. Continuously improve your communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
