About the internship
As a Telecalling intern at Legal Education Awareness Foundation, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills while making a difference in the legal education field. Your role will involve reaching out to prospective donors and partners through phone calls and emails. With your English proficiency in both spoken and written form, you will effectively convey our organization's mission and goals. Your familiarity with MS-Office and MS-Excel will be utilized for maintaining accurate records and tracking communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential donors and partners to raise awareness about our foundation.
2. Providing information about our programs and services to interested individuals.
3. Documenting call outcomes and updating the database with accurate information.
4. Sending follow-up emails to nurture relationships and secure commitments.
5. Collaborating with the team to develop effective calling strategies and scripts.
6. Assisting in organizing virtual events and webinars to promote legal education.
7. Contributing ideas for improving the telecalling process and increasing outreach effectiveness.

About Legal Education Awareness Foundation
Legal Education Awareness Foundation (LEAF) is a non-governmental organization established with the aim of awakening Indian citizens by conducting several workshops, seminars, and competitions in various parts of the country. The organization wishes to achieve its dream of an awake India. The majority of the population does not know their legal rights and duties and the relevant provisions available to them. The ones who actually have a fair knowledge of the subject, don't seem to apply and implement the same, entirely.
LEAF believes that legal education in India needs to cross its boundaries beyond the walls of law schools and courts. It seems to be a need of the hour, owing to exploitation that is happening due to a lack of awareness in people. Also, in today's competitive world, legal education is a prerequisite to success, be it in any field - medical, engineering, social sciences, entertainment, or fashion, the law holds a strong foothold.
