About the internship
We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling intern with proficiency in Hindi and English, as well as skills in Jamovi and MS Excel, to join our team at Digital Flow. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry and contribute to our success.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service.
3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in MS Excel.
4. Assist in creating and updating call scripts in English and Hindi.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales goals.
6. Follow up with clients via phone calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
