About the internship

As a Telecalling intern at BentChair, get ready to embark on an exciting journey of connecting with customers and promoting our exquisite range of home decor products. With a personalized touch and a vibrant approach, you\'ll be a key player in our customer engagement team.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage in outbound calls to introduce customers to our unique home decor collection, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
2. Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing product information, and resolving complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
3. Maintain an up-to-date customer database, ensuring accurate and complete records of interactions, purchases, and feedback.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets, upselling and cross-selling products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
5. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
6. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promoting new product launches, discounts, and offers through telecalling initiatives.
7. Continuously enhance product knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends to provide customers with the latest information and maintain a competitive edge.
