About the internship
As a Telecalling intern at Acceron India, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in effective communication and English proficiency while gaining valuable experience in the field of customer service and sales. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients over the phone, promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer support.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers to pitch our products and services.
2. Handling inbound calls from existing customers to address their queries and concerns.
3. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers.
4. Following up with potential leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
5. Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and updating the CRM system.
6. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
7. Participating in training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.
