About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with potential customers over phone calls or emails, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products and services
2. Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring a steady stream of qualified prospects
3. Continuously learn and stay updated on various products and competitors to provide comprehensive and relevant information to customers
4. Maintaining comprehensive records of calls, interactions, and appointments in our CRM system
5. Following call scripts and guidelines while tailoring conversations to the unique needs of each potential client
6. Striving to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, appointments set, and conversions achieved
7. Develop and maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales
Requirements:
1. Proficient typing skills
2. Excellent knowledge of word-processing tools
3. Strong command of spoken and written English
4. Effective time-management abilities
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
