1. Contact potential and existing customers to explain loan products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, or education loans.
2. Assist customers in understanding loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI options, and required documents.
3. Collect basic customer details and documents for loan processing.
4. Coordinate with the internal loan processing team and partner banks/NBFCs.
5. Follow up with customers regarding application status and documentation.
6. Maintain customer data and daily call records in Excel or CRM systems.
7. Learn end-to-end loan processing, customer communication, and sales basics.
8. Ensure proper guidance to customers while maintaining transparency and professionalism.
