Job Title: Sales Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell health insurance products.
Provide information to prospective clients regarding available health insurance plans and their benefits.
Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a sales role, preferably in health insurance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
Basic knowledge of health insurance products and regulations is preferred.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
