Job Summary
:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Tele Calling Head
to lead our tele calling team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring quality customer interactions, and achieving lead conversion targets. This role involves managing team operations, training staff, and coordinating closely with sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead and manage a team of tele callers to meet or exceed business targets.
Develop and execute effective calling strategies for lead conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.
Monitor team performance through daily, weekly, and monthly metrics; generate reports and analyze trends.
Coach, train, and mentor team members to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations departments for seamless lead follow-up and closure.
Create and continuously improve call scripts and call flow processes.
Address escalated customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Plan manpower requirements and support in hiring and onboarding tele calling staff.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and telecalling ethics.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tele calling/telemarketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong track record in managing high-performing tele calling teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using CRM and call center software tools.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
