Position Overview:

We are hiring

Telecallers

who will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales and marketing team. This is a great opportunity for

recent graduates

who want to grow their careers in the

PEB / Steel Industry

and gain industry-specific experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential clients (contractors, builders, architects, consultants, etc.) Introduce company products and services related to PEB and steel structures Generate and qualify

sales leads

through calling and follow-ups Maintain a detailed

database of client interactions and inquiries

Coordinate with the

sales and marketing team

to support business development activities Respond to initial client queries and share relevant information Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Recent pass-outs preferred)

Experience:

Freshers welcome; training will be provided

Industry Interest:

Keen interest in learning about the PEB / Steel Industry

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred) Good listening and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Hardworking and target-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,917.29 - ₹20,000.00 per month
