Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer queries politely and professionally.
Explain product/service details clearly to customers.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team (if applicable).
Follow up with customers for feedback and future requirements.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in tele calling/customer service.
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
