female Telecallers

to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, handling inquiries, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide information professionally. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

Only female candidates

should apply. Minimum qualification: Graduate. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales preferred (Freshers can also apply). Excellent verbal communication . Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
