Role Requirements
Minimum
3 years of professional telecalling experience
Accurate Australian English accent
with clear, confident communication
Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
Experience speaking with business owners, decision-makers, or international clients
Ability to follow scripts, meet targets, and maintain CRM updates
Professional attitude, punctuality, and commitment to quality
