What You'll Do: Make outbound collection calls to customers professionally. Follow up on pending payments and maintain call quality. Update call details accurately in the system. Adhere to compliance guidelines and call scripts. What We're Looking For: Fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Hindi (any combinations with English is an advantage).
