Job Description

We are seeking proactive and persuasive Tele calling Executives to engage with potential customers, convert social media leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales. The potential candidate will maintain daily reports and data base and make frequent follow ups.

Lead Engagement

: Initiate calls to potential customers obtained from social media platforms, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

Follow-Up

: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Feedback Collection

: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Target Achievement

: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management
