Job Summary:



We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecalling Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads or closing sales depending on the business requirement. A pleasant voice, excellent communication skills, and persuasive ability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries. Explain the product or service in detail and handle objections confidently. Maintain records of calls and customer information using CRM software or Excel. Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and reporting goals. Assist in resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information. Work closely with the sales/marketing team to ensure a smooth process.

Requirements:



Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (Freshers welcome). Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email handling). Persuasive and confident in handling customer queries and objections. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
