You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting sales activities, customer engagement, and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align on campaign objectives.
Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and customer information.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints or service issues.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
2-3 years of tele calling experience, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based company.
Languages Required:
Must be fluent in
Telugu, Hindi, English

Kannada, and Tamil

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software and call logging tools is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
