QUALIFICATION : Any degree ( only female candidates )

Experience : minimum 1 year in Telecalling field

Salary : 15k per month plus good incentives

We are seeking to hire a talented telecaller representative who will help us boost our sales by reaching out to potential and existing clients. As a telecaller representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers for closing the deals and resolving the queries of the current customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and ability to comprehend complex information in simple language to pursue the candidates. Prior experience in managing customer relations is a plus.

RESPOSIBILITIES :

Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered Assess the needs and requirements of customer Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information Pitch the services directly to the potential customers Store and update the customer information in the database

Pay: ?160,000.00 - ?180,000.00 per year
