Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.
Explain product/service features clearly and persuasively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
High level of patience and customer service orientation.
Education & Experience:
Graduate.
2-3 years of telecalling or customer service
