Job Summary
We are looking for a persuasive and goal-driven Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator with strong sales skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads/prospects daily.
Pitch products or services and explain their benefits.
Follow up with interested customers and handle objections.
Maintain a record of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Send quotations, proposals, or product information via WhatsApp or email when needed.
Schedule meetings or demos for field sales teams if applicable.
Attend regular training and sales update sessions.
Provide feedback from customers to the team or management.
Managing the calls daily
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
