Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
The Telecalling Executive is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, provide customer support, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric attitude to achieve individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and follow up with interested customers.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call and interaction details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to call quality and compliance guidelines.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and service improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: High school diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service executive.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of [Insert Language(s): e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, data entry).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
