Make outbound calls to customers for:
Periodic service reminders (Free/paid services)
Follow-ups after service or repair
Feedback collection post-service
Service camp or promotional offers
Schedule service appointments and update the booking register/system.
Record customer responses, feedback, and complaints in the CRM or DMS system.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure proper service slot allocation.
Inform customers about service offers, AMC packages, pick-up/drop facility, etc.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets (calls made, appointments booked, conversions).
Handle inbound calls regarding service queries politely and professionally.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Service Manager or CRM head.
