Make outbound calls to:
Generate leads for new bike sales
Follow up with existing leads and inquiries
Invite customers to the showroom for test rides or offers
Promote finance schemes, exchange offers, and festive discounts
Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
Handle inbound calls related to bike models, prices, features, and availability.
Schedule showroom visits, test rides, and coordinate with the sales team.
Share brochures, offers, and quotes through WhatsApp, SMS, or email as needed.
Track customer responses and maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Collect and record customer feedback to improve service quality.
Support the sales team in organizing events, campaigns, and exhibitions.
