CRM system me records update rakhna.
Clients ki needs samajhkar unhe right solution dena.
Product information dena aur clients ko booking/purchase process guide karna.
Leads pe follow-up aur customer satisfaction ensure karna.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Call center ya customer service experience ho toh plus.
Good English speaking skills (extra languages are a bonus).
Positive aur customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer aur CRM knowledge.
