We are seeking a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales Executive to support our
real estate sales operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions, qualifying leads, and ensuring a seamless transition from initial inquiry to the sales closure process. This position demands excellent communication, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to coordinate across teams to drive conversions.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years (preferably with a Real Estate Industry)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Follow-ups:
Engage with potential clients through calls, messages, and emails to understand their requirements. Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and readiness, and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Client Interaction & Support:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and build rapport with prospective customers. Provide accurate information about ongoing projects, pricing, site details, and more.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
Work closely with sales executives, sourcing managers, and marketing teams to track and nurture leads through the funnel. Share timely updates and feedback for improving campaigns and conversion strategies.
Data Handling & Organization:
Maintain and update lead trackers, CRM tools, and internal dashboards with detailed follow-up status. Ensure timely documentation and reporting of client interactions and responses.
Sales Collateral Support:
Assist in creating or customizing brochures, project decks, and other materials required during client discussions.
Performance Reporting:
Generate regular reports on lead quality, follow-up effectiveness, and conversion rates. Highlight key trends and recommend optimizations where necessary.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English. (spoken and written)
Strong follow-up discipline and client handling skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of sales funnels and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of responsiveness, with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration mindset.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a pre-sales, inside sales, tele-calling, or client servicing role.
Experience in real estate or a customer-facing sales environment will be an added advantage.
