Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company's database.
Clearly explain the company's products or services, their features, and benefits.
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and communication.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to convert leads into appointments or sales opportunities.
Record all call details, customer information, and feedback accurately.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Share feedback and market insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
Good listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to meet performance targets.
