We are looking for driven and articulate Telecalling Executives to join our remote team and drive the growth of our premium paid listings.
About the Role:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the frontline voice of NextMoveIn. Your core mission is to onboard coworking spaces onto our platform by securing
paid listings
. You will be provided with a curated database of leads, and your success will be measured by your ability to convert these leads into paying partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to a provided database of coworking space managers and decision-makers.
Effectively pitch the value proposition and benefits of our
premium paid listing packages
.
Clearly articulate how a paid listing on NextMoveIn.com drives visibility, leads, and business growth for coworking spaces.
Handle and overcome objections, building a strong case for investment in our platform.
Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets for call volume and confirmed paid listings.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales progress in our CRM.
Follow up diligently with prospects via call and email to close deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
1 - 3 years of proven experience in
outbound tele-sales
or
cold calling
. Candidates with experience selling listings on
JustDial, IndiaMart, Sulekha, or similar lead-generation platforms
are highly preferred.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Kannada
is a significant advantage. Must be persuasive, confident, and clear.
Sales-Driven Mindset:
A proven closer with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. You are motivated by targets and financial incentives.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable working with CRM software, making calls via softphone, and managing digital workflows in a remote setting.
Self-Starter:
As a remote employee, you must be disciplined, organized, and capable of managing your own time and productivity effectively.
