About the Role:


We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers who have shown interest in our services and converting these inquiries into actual clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing campaigns. Provide information about our products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and effectively pitch the benefits of choosing our brand. Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales. Keep accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Qualifications:



Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage. Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer queries. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
