Job Opening: Telecalling Executive
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 1 year in Telecollection or Debt Recovery
Salary: Up to 18,000 INR in hand plus highly lucrative incentives
Work Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational off
Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates proficient in Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati for the role of Telecalling Executive. This position involves making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge. DRA-certified individuals are encouraged to apply, regardless of experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Address customer queries and concerns

• Provide detailed information about products and services

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements
Requirements:

• Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and either Marathi or Gujarati

• Experience as a Telecollection Executive (Fresher or 6 months to 1 year)

• DRA certification (preferred, not mandatory)

• Basic English communication skills

• Strong communication abilities

• Basic computer knowledge
