As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Position: Telecalling Executive (Lead generation) Location: Powai, Mumbai Qualification: HSC or above Experience: 0 to 4 years Salary: Upto 24k CTC (21k - In hand) + Incentives Job Type: Work from office Job Days: Monday to Saturday Job Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation or sales in the outsourcing/offshoring industry.
• Freshers are also eligible with Excellent Communication skills in English
• Basic or Good or Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Strong ability to identify and qualify potential leads.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through research, cold calling, and networking activities.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business needs and pain points.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
