About Us: Join Satyam Ford, a leading Authorised Ford service station committed to top-notch service and customer satisfaction. We seek a Telecaller cum Customer Care Executive to enhance our customer service and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to inform customers about our services and promotions. Handle inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and address customer concerns. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Maintain and update customer records. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in telecalling or customer care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
