The Telecalling Executive is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to customers, providing information, generating leads, resolving queries, and supporting sales or service departments.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers to promote products, services, or gather information.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up on leads, appointments, and customer requests.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone.
Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when required.
Prepare and share call logs, reports, and feedback regularly.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience preferred).
Persuasion and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Qualification:
Any Graduation:(B.com,BA.BSC,BCA)
