Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Explain products/services clearly in
Malayalam
Generate leads and follow up on customer inquiries
Maintain call records and customer data accurately
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate when required
Coordinate with sales and support teams for follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive
Fluency in Malayalam
(speaking is mandatory)
Basic knowledge of English/Hindi is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer objections politely
Comfortable working with targets
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling systems)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation
Ability to work independently and in a team
Positive attitude and strong listening skills
